Definition of Tricorn and Trencher
Tricorn: For the Tricorn Trenchers the term “Tricorn” has dual meaning. 1. Refers to the traditional tricorn hat, commonly worn for dress by the Colonials during the Revolutionary Period. This is a period we look back on with great respect. 2. There are also three sides to a fresh cut tortilla chip, and the tortillas we use are made of quality white corn.
Trencher: A wood block carved out to be used as a bowl, dinner, or serving plate. Commonly used during the Revolutionary Period.
